Creating and holding a safe place. This is what I do. I operate with kindness, compassion, curiosity, and courage, and while I’m a long-standing practitioner of mindfulness, meditation, and other self-awareness practices, I’m also an alpha. I’m assertive, yet kind. I’m a listener, yet I also know when someone else hasn’t had the opportunity to share, and I have to awareness and long-honed skills to intervene with tact and nobility. In the end, I’m can help your meeting or off-site be positive and productive, and mitigate the risk that it’s not. In the end, I’m here to serve and ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered, and leaves the meeting feeling that they’ve achieved their goals and then some.
