# Lauren Wegman, PhD of Twitter on the PDFG Podcast with Al Adamsen

I had an amazing conversation with Lauren Wegman, Global Head of People Analytics and HR Tech at Twitter. From her early days as a ballerina, to her sharing her educational experience at the University of Georgia, to the early part of her career where she was doing survey research, to her eventually helping facilitate the integration of two large companies, to where she is now as not only a people analytics leader but someone who's influencing the community.
